Gold Medal Day



1. When is Gold Medal Day?   

Saturday, May 11th   


2. What is Gold Medal Day?  

Gold medal Day is similar to a recital in that our athletes will have an opportunity to showcase all that they have learned at Perfect Balance this year through simple routines.


3. Does my child have to attend Gold Medal Day to to receive his/her gold medal?

Yes, your child does have to participate in Gold Medal Day to receive his/her medal.


4. Do all classes participate in Gold Medal Day?

All preschool and recreational classes except for Parent/Tot classes participate in Gold Medal Day.


5. What time and for how long will my child be at the gym on Gold medal Day?

Your child will be assigned a 40 minute block of time on that Saturday to perform in our Gold Medal Day. That time is scheduled according to your child's class day/time and is posted at the gym. You can expect to be at Perfect Balance about 45-50 minutes in total.


6. What if we cannot attend at the time we are assigned? 

There will be an opportunity to sign up for alternative time slots for a fee of $5. This can be done with our front desk on a first come, first serve basis beginning Monday, April 16th.


7. Is my child required to purchase and wear the Gold medal Day leotard?

No, the Gold Medal Day leotard is NOT required. However, the majority of our students do purchase the leotard and proudly wear it on Gold Medal Day.


8. Is there an admission charge for Gold Medal Day?

Yes. $3 per person or $10 per family. CASH ONLY! Children 5 & under are free. No charge for participating athletes.
