This is our basic gymnastics class geared just for boys. These boys will get basic gymnastics training that will provide them with great coordination, strength, flexibility, air awareness, discipline, safety comprehension and some general gymnastics skills. All of these tools can be used for a future as a competitive gymnast or in any activity/sport that a child chooses to pursue.
