Our AAU Team competes in the AAU Excel Program as Bronze, Silver and Gold. The competitive season for this team is January-May but it is a year-round commitment. This team is geared towards talented gymnasts who are interested in other activities and want to compete at a recreational level. We require less time commitment from these athletes, however, they are coached by the same staff that coach our USAG Team and with the same technique and commitment.
