Private Lessons
To begin the process, each family MUST have or create an account with us and have a credit card on file. If you are not a past or current member of PBTC, use the link below to create your account and our desk staff will get you lined up from there. If you are, you’re one step ahead so just move to step two. Private lessons are then scheduled through Brianna Coleman. Please give her your name, your child’s name, age, what your child would like to focus on for her private lesson and how long of a lesson you’re looking for based on timeframes offered below. She will respond to get you matched with a coach and to figure out a time that best suits your schedule and our staffs.
1. **Create an Account**: Each family must have an account with PBTC. If you’re a new member, use the provided link below to create your account. Existing members can skip this step.
2. **Credit Card on File**: Ensure that you have a credit card on file with your account.
3. **Contact Brianna Coleman**: For scheduling private lessons, reach out to Brianna Coleman. Provide her with the following information:
- Your name
- Your child’s name
- Your child’s age
- Areas of focus for the lesson

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and you might need to cancel your booking with us. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while allowing us to manage our schedule effectively.
1. **Notification Timeframe:**
– **More than 24 hours in advance:** If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a full refund.
– **Less than 24 hours in advance:** If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking cost will be charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
2. **No-Show Policy:** If you do not show up for your scheduled booking without notifying us in advance, you will be considered a no-show and charged the full amount of the booking. No refund will be issued.
3. **Rescheduling:** If you need to reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and date, subject to availability.
4. ** Extenuating Circumstances: ** Life can be unpredictable. In the case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., serious illness or family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible to discuss waiving the cancellation fee. Documentation may be required.
5. **Procedure for Cancellation:** To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us by calling the front desk with your booking details. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm the cancellation or rescheduling.
