Perfect Balance is excited to announce a new conditioning class to their current schedule!
This class is designed for student athletes or adults who wish to improve their overall fitness and/or excel in their sport. The class led by a certified personal trainer, incorporates resistance training for muscular strength and endurance, with high intensity cardio intervals to improve power, speed, and agility. Each class is 30 minutes long for Youth classes and 50 Minutes long for Adult classes. Classes will include a brief warm-up and cool down.
