PBTC FIT Classes

Perfect Balance is excited to announce a new conditioning class to their current schedule!

This class is designed for student athletes or adults who wish to improve their overall fitness and/or excel in their sport. The class led by a certified personal trainer, incorporates resistance training for muscular strength and endurance, with high intensity cardio intervals to improve power, speed, and agility. Each class is 30 minutes long and includes a brief warm-up and cool down.
